Head of Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the CEO to define and enhance Atria’s product strategy, ensuring clarity across various phases (insight extraction → automation → creative delivery).

• Take ownership of product prioritization by translating user requirements, data trends, and market dynamics into a targeted roadmap.

• Oversee product execution in collaboration with design and engineering teams: document specifications, validate use cases, and maintain high standards for design and user experience.

• Establish and formalize our initial product development practices (keeping it light—only implementing necessary processes).

• Serve as the internal authority on our clientele, which includes creative strategists, media buyers, and growth marketers at agile tech companies.

• Stimulate innovative thinking regarding how AI can autonomously recognize and generate effective advertising concepts.

• Ultimately, expand the product team by assisting in the recruitment of product managers, researchers, and other key contributors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 6–10+ years of experience in product roles, preferably with a background in analytics, AI, or B2B SaaS.

• Have experience in early-stage settings and thrive in environments characterized by ambiguity, ownership, and rapid pace.

• Exhibit both strategic and executional skills—equally comfortable defining long-term objectives as you are drafting specifications or using Figma.

• Demonstrate a strong sense of taste, with a focus on product usability and clarity of insights.

• Think and articulate ideas clearly—whether through written communication, visuals, or structured presentations.

• Feel empowered to challenge the CEO (and others) when necessary—not from ego, but in the interest of achieving improved results.
