Head of Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy for ACCURE’s platform.

• Define and manage the product vision and roadmap.

• Lead a small, senior cross-functional product team.

• Convert complex analytics and operational results into scalable product value.

• Drive methodical product decisions based on stakeholder feedback and priorities.

• Represent the product both internally and externally.

• Identify opportunities for productization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of overall experience.

• At least 2 years in a leadership role within product management or a similar area.

• Experience in or closely related to utility-scale storage, grid operations, energy trading, or asset management.

• Proven experience with analytics-driven products.

• Skilled in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and non-standard operating models.

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS development cycles.

• Experience in productizing recurring service patterns.

• 3 to 4 years in a strategy or management consulting environment, preferably with an energy focus.
