This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take ownership of the complete product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
• Facilitate product discovery and validation through systematic customer research, rapid prototyping, and market testing.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to commercialization and scaling, employing a well-defined prioritization framework.
• Develop practical product solutions utilizing AI as the primary execution method, transitioning from problem identification to functional solution without depending on traditional SDLC practices.
• Interact directly with hospitality customers to gain insights into operational challenges and verify product assumptions.
• Evaluate business functions for high-impact automation opportunities, prioritizing them based on impact, feasibility, and learning velocity.
• Serve as a link between executive strategy and on-the-ground product and engineering execution.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and customer focus.
• 8+ years of experience in product management or leadership within B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proven capability to design, prototype, and deliver functioning AI-enabled solutions in a commercial setting.
• Experience overseeing both a core product roadmap and custom client-specific development, demonstrating the ability to balance and prioritize effectively.
• Solid understanding of contemporary software architecture, APIs, cloud services, and AI/ML technologies along with their practical applications.
• Familiarity with hospitality technology, POS systems, or related sectors is a plus.
• Established track record of driving change in established environments and influencing across various functions without formal authority.
• Proficient in writing concise specifications, managing sprints, holding engineering teams accountable to timelines, and communicating effectively with clients and executives.
• Experience in direct engagement with customers or end users; capable of clearly and responsibly explaining AI systems.
• Strong inclination towards action: you deliver results, measure outcomes, and improve based on the insights gained.
