Head of Product, AI Business Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the AI Business Intelligence product line, overseeing everything from discovery and positioning to launch and user adoption.

• Determine the appropriate integration of models within the product experience and identify areas where they are not applicable.

• Create specifications, design workflows, develop prototypes, and collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver production features.

• Develop evaluation frameworks to assess output quality, create test suites, analyze response patterns and edge cases, and enhance overall performance.

• Establish and validate guidelines to ensure safe, explainable, and reliable product outputs.

• Shape the product’s data infrastructure, encompassing data requirements, normalization processes, and supported inquiries.

• Implement weekly feedback loops with operators, asset managers, and ownership groups to gather insights.

• Work in partnership with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and current product teams to promote adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in product management within a high-growth startup or technology company.

• Proven track record of owning at least one product from inception to completion.

• Successfully launched 0-to-1 products that have garnered customer use.

• Strong instincts for product development combined with a keen design sensibility.

• Proficient in leading customer discovery efforts and translating qualitative feedback into actionable product direction.

• Experience in defining quality metrics and constructing evaluation loops.

• Practical experience with LLMs, contemporary AI tools, or a demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies.

• Preference for action and iteration over striving for perfection and adhering strictly to processes.

• Experience in PropTech, multifamily housing, or real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship for employment is not available.
