Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and product teams to grasp goals, challenges, and reporting needs.

• Examine intricate datasets utilizing SQL to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance discrepancies.

• Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that effectively convey business performance.

• Establish and monitor KPIs that align with business objectives.

• Transform business inquiries into structured analytical methodologies and actionable insights.

• Share findings and recommendations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all reports and dashboards.

• Actively seek out areas where data can enhance processes, revenue, customer experiences, or operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with SQL, encompassing joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions, and query optimization.

• Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard creation.

• Strong business acumen and the capability to link data insights with business results.

• Experience in gathering requirements and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Skill in identifying the appropriate metrics instead of merely reporting available data.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Experience with large and complex datasets.
