Head of Performance Creative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the creative strategy across all paid platforms — including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, and more.

• Craft detailed briefs that set clear objectives for editors and creators.

• Develop and execute a well-structured testing framework covering hooks, formats, offers, and angles.

• Supervise the production of performance-driven content such as VSLs, social advertisements, and testimonials.

• Manage creative expression from advertisements to landing pages, encompassing both copy and design concepts.

• Assemble and lead a team of editors, writers, and creators, ensuring clear guidance and high-quality output.

• Leverage AI to enhance creative workflows while maintaining creative judgment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in performance creative, growth marketing, or paid social, with a proven history of developing successful creative at scale.

• Practical experience in ad accounts or close collaboration with media buyers.

• Proficiency in conceptualizing hooks and analyzing performance metrics (thumbstop rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR).

• Experience in managing or leading a creative team with measurable outcomes.

• A portfolio or reel showcasing creative volume and results.

• Background in supplement or health/wellness industries is a significant advantage.
