Head of People – m/f/x

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement our data-informed People & Culture strategy "Top Performer" across various locations.

• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a proactive HR leader who utilizes people data and insights to inform decisions.

• Enhance performance, engagement, and retention through people analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Convert business requirements and HR trends into long-term, insight-driven people plans and objectives and key results (OKRs).

• Foster a high-performance culture, strengthen employer branding, and drive change initiatives.

• Manage People Operations, labor relations, employee experience, and talent development.

• Ensure HR processes are compliant and efficient.

• Act as a reliable advisor and coach to managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience in a rapidly growing, international setting.

• Demonstrated experience in leading HR functions across multiple countries.

• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in people analytics.

• In-depth understanding of German labor law and employee relations; a legal background or close collaboration with legal teams is a significant advantage.

• Confidence in partnering with senior leaders; a practical and hands-on approach is essential.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
