Head of People & Culture – Fluent German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will continue to enhance our forward-thinking People & Culture strategy, actively championing our organizational values and remote culture.

• You will collaborate closely with the executive team to strategically align HR decisions with the company's goals.

• You will ensure that every team member feels valued and will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding career progression and workplace satisfaction.

• You will oversee the HR team and finalize the recruitment processes.

• Extensive experience in a senior HR/People position, preferably within a rapidly growing digital or remote organization.

• Strategic mindset with the capability to derive HR concepts directly from the business strategy.

• Empathy and strong communication skills to cultivate a culture of trust and open feedback.

• A hands-on approach with the ability to document and automate processes effectively.

• Reliability and accountability while working remotely.

• Resilience and adaptability to confidently navigate challenging situations and support the company's expansion.

• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum C1 level is required.
