Head of People – Culture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• You will create and enhance our forward-thinking People & Culture strategy that actively supports our company values and remote-first culture.

• You will collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure HR decisions are strategically aligned with company goals.

• You will make certain that every team member feels valued and will act as the main point of contact for inquiries regarding development opportunities and workplace satisfaction.

• You will lead the HR team and oversee the completion of recruiting processes.
