📋 Description

• Spearhead TurbineOne's strategy for identifying, assessing, developing, onboarding, empowering, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships.

• Broaden TurbineOne's ecosystem by engaging with defense primes, technology firms, systems integrators, distributors, international collaborators, and venture-backed innovators.

• Partner with Business Development, Product, Legal, Government Relations, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment of partnerships with TurbineOne's strategic goals.

• Oversee the comprehensive development and implementation of the partnership program throughout the global defense sector.

• Secure technology, channel, manufacturing, and strategic partners to enhance market visibility.

• Create scalable partnership playbooks, systems, processes, governance frameworks, operating models, onboarding procedures, and success metrics.

• Lead commercial and strategic evaluations for potential partnerships.

• Assess partner capabilities, reputation, technical compatibility, financial viability, customer access, competitive stance, and execution risks.

• Facilitate technical, operational, legal, contracts, security, compliance, financial, and business reviews.

• Formulate Go/No-Go recommendations and prepare executive decision briefings.

• Structure and negotiate NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, Reseller Agreements, Distribution Agreements, and Strategic Alliance Agreements.

• Collaborate with contracts, legal teams, and external counsel to finalize agreements.

• Extend TurbineOne's reach into new domestic and international markets via strategic partnerships.

• Identify adjacent industries, defense initiatives, and commercial prospects for partnership-driven adoption.

• Develop partner enablement strategies and joint go-to-market planning, co-selling, demonstrations, proposal efforts, and marketing initiatives.

• Assess and initiate strategic alliances and carry out thorough partnership evaluations.

• Coordinate with Engineering on the feasibility of integration with partner platforms.

• Manage sustained partner relationships through regular business reviews, training sessions, and milestone planning.

• Assist capture and proposal teams on submissions involving multiple industry partners.

• Convey partnership pipeline, risks, performance, and strategic opportunities to Executive Leadership.

• Establish partner competencies, playbooks, onboarding, and ongoing training.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Corporate Development, Alliance Management, or Commercial Operations.

• Background in DefenseTech, aerospace, dual-use technology, or enterprise software.

• Proven track record in diligence, activating, building, and managing strategic partnerships that yield measurable business growth.

• Experience in evaluating partnership opportunities across technical, commercial, operational, and competitive aspects.

• Skilled in managing partnerships through onboarding, enablement, joint planning, governance, performance review, and renewal or exit processes.

• Familiarity with defense acquisition ecosystems, including DoD contracting, OTA agreements, direct commercial sales, and industry teaming structures.

• Strong grasp of international business development, distribution models, and channel partnerships.

• Experience in reviewing US domestic and international commercial agreements such as NDAs, teaming agreements, and reseller agreements.

• Working knowledge of ITAR, export controls, intellectual property considerations, and compliance in government contracting.

• Capability to develop scalable partnership programs from inception.

• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.

• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and business teams.

• Drive to deliver transformative AI capabilities to frontline operators.
