This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Define and implement the strategy for the Partner / Supply Experience domain across the platform.
• Develop and enhance the product ecosystem for partners, which includes dashboards, performance systems, ratings, statuses, quality systems, incentive mechanisms, and adtech tools.
• Enhance the supply-side ecosystem to be more transparent, scalable, efficient, and data-driven.
• Elevate partner quality and performance through product systems, analytics, and operational workflows.
• Foster the adoption of internal platform tools and products aimed at partners.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to scale product initiatives and convert manual processes into sustainable platform solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities on the supply side and translate them into product initiatives and priorities for the roadmap.
• Design and execute mechanisms to enhance partner onboarding, performance management, quality control, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, and partner-facing teams to achieve measurable business impact.
• Create frameworks for managing diverse supply through performance measurement, quality standards, rankings, and incentive systems.
• Lead the roadmap and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at boosting partner effectiveness and ecosystem health.
• Utilize AI-powered capabilities where applicable, while maintaining a comprehensive focus on the partner and supply-side experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading products, business domains, or platform initiatives within marketplaces, aggregators, or platform businesses.
• Extensive experience working with supply-side ecosystems, partner networks, seller/provider experiences, or B2B marketplace operations.
• Proven experience in building tools and systems for partners, sellers, service providers, creators, drivers, couriers, merchants, or other ecosystem participants.
• Deep knowledge of managing supply quality at scale through product systems as opposed to manual operations.
• Familiarity with performance systems, ranking models, quality frameworks, incentive mechanisms, reputation systems, or partner scoring models.
• Strong product leadership skills combined with a solid understanding of operational processes and execution.
• Experience in driving the adoption of internal tools and platform capabilities through operational teams and workflows.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively within complex cross-functional environments and align diverse stakeholders towards common objectives.
• Experience in translating operational challenges into scalable product solutions.
• Capability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and roadmap ownership.
• Fluent in Russian.
