Head of Operations, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of operations and finance from start to finish — encompassing systems, metrics, personnel, and results.

• Develop comprehensive financial systems — including profit and loss statements, cash flow forecasting, and streamlined bookkeeping processes.

• Create the daily operational frameworks that ensure the company operates efficiently.

• Manage all aspects of payment processing and risk — minimize chargebacks, oversee VAMP, and secure new payment processors.

• Collaborate with the Head of CX to enhance visibility and systems within Customer Success.

• Hold team members, contractors, and agencies accountable through clear key performance indicators, structured processes, and operational discipline.

• Oversee fulfillment and inventory comprehensively — including forecasting, ordering, supplier management, and freight logistics.

• Implement other high-level initiatives with agility and precision.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, finance, or a similar leadership role focused on execution.

• Familiarity with DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing sectors.

• Strong financial acumen: P&Ls, forecasting, reconciliations, and cash flow management.

• Demonstrated ability to create scalable systems that effectively prevent issues.

• Practical experience in fulfillment, inventory management, and supplier relations.

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at identifying potential problems early.

• Exhibits extreme ownership — fully accountable for outcomes, decisions, and results without making excuses.

• Thinks in systems rather than tasks — capable of designing comprehensive operational structures that mitigate recurring challenges.

• [Strong Plus] Experience in managing processors, chargebacks, merchant IDs, and risk management.
