Head of Operations – Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Serve as the key operational liaison to the Managing Director.

• Independently address operational issues, escalating only when absolutely necessary.

• Ensure the business functions smoothly, predictably, and efficiently.

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for all events and programs.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and the management of performance.

• Manage standard operating procedures (SOPs), CRM systems, automations, and operational reporting.

• Execute special strategic and operational projects as needed.

• Demonstrated experience in a senior operations leadership position.

• Proven ability to navigate complex operational settings effectively.

• Strong understanding of commercial and financial principles.

• Experience in budget management and operating within financial constraints.

• Confident in stakeholder management, adept at engaging with individuals at all levels.

• Established experience in people management, including oversight of performance.

• Exceptional organizational skills paired with outstanding execution capabilities.

• Excellent communication abilities, with a talent for translating strategy into actionable steps.
