This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the company's operational rhythm and spearhead cross-functional initiatives.
• Enhance the operational framework of the organization by pinpointing challenges and crafting effective solutions.
• Optimize tools, documentation, access management, and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Facilitate the advancement of intricate cross-functional tasks by directing operational projects.
• Uphold the company's rhythm, encompassing all-hands meetings, quarterly planning sessions, and reviews.
• Supervise the People Lead, Senior Ops Manager, and Finance Manager, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Demonstrated ownership and follow-through in uncertain situations.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to navigate trade-offs with partial information.
• Experience across various operational domains instead of a narrow specialization.
• Systems thinking mindset, with proof of developing workflows that are actively utilized.
• A proactive attitude towards enhancing existing processes, making them clearer, quicker, and more dependable.
• Business acumen and comfort in dealing with financial metrics.
• Credibility across functions and the capability to facilitate work through others.
• A sense of urgency, practicality, and sound judgment regarding what should be developed thoroughly versus what can be addressed simply.
• The ability to approach functional tasks strategically—not merely completing them, but evaluating their necessity, how to systematize them, and the potential benefits of executing them well.
• Proficiency with tools such as Airtable, Make, OpenAI, Claude, or comparable platforms to implement practical operational enhancements.
• Salary range of £75,000 - £80,000.
