Head of Medical Community – Clinical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of ensuring the quality of medical information shared on our Alodokter chat and Alomedika platforms.

• Enhance the medical standards for our medical chat application and the educational content available on our platform.

• Provide expert leadership in clinical medicine to our team of healthcare professionals.

• Elevate the quality of medical information and practices delivered by our freelance medical advisors, including both General Practitioners and Specialists.

• Sustain and enhance the medical quality of Alomedika, our educational platform designed for medical practitioners.

• Conduct clinical audits to evaluate our performance against established clinical benchmarks and implement improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: A degree in Medicine is required.

• Experience: Over 8 years of experience as a practicing medical doctor. Experience in medical education for doctors is an advantage.

• Medical Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of medical concepts with a dedication to staying current with high-quality, evidence-based medical information.

• Communication Skills: Ability to convey medical information and interpret scientific literature (such as journal articles) in a manner that is easily comprehensible.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the capability to provide clear explanations. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus, but not mandatory.
