This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• We are in search of a proactive **Growth Marketing Manager** who will take charge of enhancing and expanding marketing performance and revenue across our multi-country eCommerce store network. This position entails creating a reliable, profit-driven growth engine that executes high-impact acquisition and retention campaigns through paid media and email.
• You will serve as the internal performance marketing expert, taking over from external agencies and managing strategy, execution, optimization, and outcomes comprehensively. Collaborating closely with CRO/Shopify, creative teams, product development, customer service, and leadership, you will facilitate scalable growth through methodical testing, robust analytics, and operational excellence across platforms including Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and email.
• Hands-on operator who directly oversees paid media and email execution.
• Demonstrated experience managing **$100k+/month in ad spend** (preferably $200k+) with documented performance outcomes.
• Strong grasp of direct-response marketing, human behavior, offers, hooks, and objections.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with the skill to discern what has changed, the reasons behind those changes, and the appropriate actions to take.
• Comprehensive ownership of measurement and tracking (UTMs, GA4 checks, pixels, CAPI, attribution).
• Ability to manage toward **break-even CPA, ROAS, and contribution margin**, rather than focusing on vanity metrics.
• Strong communication practices with weekly planning, reporting, and prioritization.
• Must-Have Platform Experience:
• Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Merchant Center, and basic product feed management.
• YouTube Ads (creative strategy and measurement).
• Meta Ads (testing, scaling, retargeting).
• TikTok Ads (UGC-first testing; familiarity with creator and Spark Ads workflows is a plus).
• Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation).
• Nice-to-Have:
• Experience in scaling **multi-store, international Shopify brands**.
• Basic creative skills (Canva or Photoshop) for quick testing.
• Management of affiliate programs.
• Experience with testing Pinterest, Reddit, or TV/OTT while maintaining strong measurement discipline.
• Experience addressing platform policy issues and account-risk scenarios.
