This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Enhancing the quality of leads with an emphasis on B2B accounts and teams
• Optimizing channels for acquisition, including organic, paid, and partnerships
• Identifying and expanding sources that yield high-value customers
• Analyzing lead conversion rates and the reasons behind them
• Improving landing pages and conversion funnels
• Boosting the conversion rate for paid demos
• Designing and refining lifecycle flows after signup and post-demo
• Detecting drop-off points and enhancing activation processes
• Conducting ongoing experiments related to messaging, positioning, and funnels
• Collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure revenue alignment
• Partnering with Product to provide insights derived from user behavior and acquisition data
• Proficient in English: Bilingual
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS (Marketing, Growth, or a related role)
• Over 5 years of overall work experience
• Strong grasp of funnels and conversion optimization techniques
• Experience in organic acquisition, particularly SEO as a growth strategy
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Hands-on approach to execution
• Preferred experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments
• Background in enhancing activation and onboarding processes
• Experience conducting A/B tests and growth experiments
• Familiarity with analytics tools and product metrics
