This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Collaborate within a dynamic, completely remote team and embrace a collaborative spirit.
• Directly report to the CEO and founder.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.
• Enhance product marketing initiatives and provide support for sales efforts.
• Establish and track KPIs while uncovering untapped opportunities.
• Refine ideal customer profile targeting, sales conversion, and velocity.
• Create and deliver engaging product content.
• Drive demand generation via both paid and unpaid acquisition channels.
• Cultivate and manage key partnerships.
• Organize and support both internal and external events.
• Oversee daily operations.
• Recruit and supervise a network of ghostwriters, designers, and data analysts.
• Approximately 10 years of professional experience.
• Prior experience as Head of Marketing and/or Product Marketing in a B2B SaaS context.
• Degree from a prestigious engineering or business school.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and marketing CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of content marketing.
• Fluent in English.
• Quick to learn new concepts and skills.
• Bonus if you are familiar with Salesforce and have experience or knowledge in the hospitality sector.
• Top-tier IT equipment of your choice (Apple or Windows).
