This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop and implement Tagvenue's marketing strategy with a focus on demand generation, paid acquisition, and retention, ensuring clear ROI targets for each channel.
• Create and deploy an AI-driven acquisition system that automates the majority of campaign management, creative production, testing, and optimization.
• Build and lead a results-focused marketing team, initially starting with a team of 5. You will determine how the function scales over time, identify necessary capabilities, and devise a clear ROI-driven plan for achieving that growth.
• Oversee acquisition channels such as paid media, content marketing, partnerships, and email/CRM, while closely collaborating with the SEO team to harmonize organic and paid strategies.
• Initiate pilot programs for new acquisition channels, transform pilots into scalable playbooks and products, and swiftly terminate experiments that do not yield ROI.
• Discover new growth opportunities and experiment with innovative marketing strategies, including the use of AI tools to enhance speed, scale, and effectiveness within the function.
• Propel retention and lifecycle marketing efforts to boost repeat bookings and customer lifetime value.
• Enhance and solidify Tagvenue's brand positioning across all markets, collaborating with the existing brand owner on your team.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights, consistently linking marketing activities to revenue outcomes.
• Manage the marketing budget and efficiently allocate resources across channels and campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior marketing position (Head of, VP, or Director level).
• Background in a marketplace or e-commerce company, preferably at a scale-up phase.
• Proven track record in paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic) with genuine budget responsibility and demonstrated ROI.
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., for content production, campaign optimization, data analysis, or workflow automation) to enhance marketing output and efficiency.
• Successful history in retention and lifecycle marketing with measurable effects on customer lifetime value and repeat revenue.
• Established ability to build, manage, and develop high-performing marketing teams.
• Strong grasp of both brand marketing and performance/growth marketing, with the capability to connect brand activities to business results.
• Results-oriented, data-driven mindset with a history of translating metrics into actionable strategies and attributable growth.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
