This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Strategic planning and roadmap development: Conduct quarterly marketing planning, track KPIs, and provide weekly reports to US leadership.
• Team management: Lead and nurture two Marketing Coordinators. Facilitate weekly standup meetings, prioritize tasks, eliminate obstacles, and perform performance evaluations.
• Brand management: Uphold the company's tone, visual branding, and quality standards across all materials. Approve all outputs prior to MLO or external distribution.
• HubSpot administration: Manage and enhance HubSpot for marketing automation, drip campaigns, MLO opt-in controls, and analytical reporting.
• Compliance processes: Collaborate with a compliance consulting firm on all promotional materials, emails, and campaigns. Ensure compliance with TRID, RESPA, UDAAP, and state-level regulations.
• MLO satisfaction management: Oversee the marketing intake process, enforce a 48-hour service level agreement (SLA), and collect feedback from the MLO advisory group on a monthly basis.
• Content management: Take ownership of the rolling 90-day content calendar, which includes rate flyers, market updates, social media content, realtor resources, and seasonal campaigns.
• Process maintenance: Keep the team's playbook updated in Waybook, detailing request workflows, brand guidelines, and Claude prompt templates.
• Performance reporting: Generate monthly reports on marketing performance, covering SLA compliance, drip campaign metrics, MLO adoption rates, and production volume of assets.
• Future planning: Develop future quarterly plans and budget requests based on performance metrics.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team management capacity.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, encompassing workflows, drip campaigns, list management, and reporting; HubSpot certification is preferred.
• Background in mortgage, fintech, real estate, financial services, or other regulated sectors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to create processes from the ground up rather than merely executing an existing playbook.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as a regular part of your workflow.
• Strong project management capabilities, with experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Understanding of US mortgage regulations (TRID, RESPA, UDAAP) or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Canva for Teams, including managing brand kits and template restrictions.
• Experience collaborating with offshore or distributed teams, or working with US-based clients.
• Background in B2B2C or partner-driven marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Familiarity with Canva for Teams.
• Experience using Claude Pro.
• Knowledge of Slack, Waybook, and Google Workspace.
