This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (including paid media, email, SEO, social media, and content) aimed at generating qualified leads and driving business growth.
• Establish clear goals and KPIs for campaigns, as well as for internal team members and contractors, to guarantee measurable results.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for all marketing activities, providing structure, clarity, and accountability within the team.
• Oversee the redesign of the company website, defining requirements and managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables with external web developers and designers.
• Recommend and prioritize new features for the website and enhancements to conversion processes that improve user experience and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize current marketing channels while exploring new revenue opportunities and campaign possibilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and update marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights, analysis, and recommendations for enhancing ROI.
• Handle event planning and execution for company-hosted live events, ensuring brand consistency and effective lead capture.
• Work closely with the internal PPC Analyst, Web Analyst, and Marketing Assistant, directing their efforts toward common goals.
• Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation that reduces cost-per-lead while enhancing lead quality.
• Maintain robust communication and stakeholder management, keeping leadership informed on performance, insights, and priorities.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or project management roles.
• Proven capability to plan, structure, and deliver marketing projects in a timely manner and within budget constraints.
• Strong comprehension of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social media, SEO, web, and email automation.
• Experience in managing agencies, contractors, and freelancers, with the ability to set KPIs and assess performance.
• Demonstrated skill in analyzing data and reporting on marketing KPIs, with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
• Background in overseeing website redesigns or digital transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and leadership abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Confident communicator with the capability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.
