This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance the company’s **performance marketing and demand generation strategy**.

• Create and implement **data-driven campaigns across various digital channels**, including paid media, outbound-assisted marketing, and inbound demand capture.

• Develop **automation-driven marketing workflows** utilizing modern GTM tools and AI-powered platforms.

• Establish **campaign attribution models and analytics dashboards** to accurately assess pipeline impact.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and GTM teams to ensure **marketing programs align with revenue and pipeline objectives**.

• Construct marketing systems that produce **high-intent MQLs based on real-time buying signals**.

• Oversee and enhance **marketing budgets and customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency**.

• Experiment with **emerging AI tools and automation platforms** (such as Claude Code and contemporary marketing engineering stacks).

• Work in tandem with GTM engineering teams to integrate **Clay-powered data workflows and campaign insights**.

• Create **content and campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth**, beyond merely generating traffic or impressions.


⛳️ Requirements

• **5+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing**.

• Proficiency in **AI-driven marketing workflows and Claude Code**.

• Demonstrated experience in managing **digital advertising budgets and performance marketing campaigns**.

• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on **pipeline attribution and revenue outcomes**.

• Hands-on experience with **Clay (mandatory)**.

• Background in developing **automated marketing workflows and GTM systems**.

• Familiarity with contemporary marketing and outbound technology stacks (e.g., Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, automation tools).

• Comprehensive understanding of **SaaS go-to-market strategies**.

• Capability to thrive in a **fast-paced startup environment**.

• Willingness to work **US hours (preferably PT)**.
