📋 Description

• Take ownership of the narrative. Define and enhance Goldsky’s positioning, messaging, and category story as the data platform for financial products leveraging stablecoins. Convert technical infrastructure into relatable language for product leaders, CTOs, and risk and procurement teams within fintechs.

• Build the marketing organization. Recruit and lead the inaugural marketing team encompassing product marketing, content, growth, design, events, and partner marketing. Act as a force multiplier for early hires, going beyond mere management.

• Execute the go-to-market strategy. Coordinate launches, campaigns, customer stories, partner engagements, and analyst interactions that collectively drive demand, establish category authority, and build a pipeline.

• Generate pipeline. Create a measurable system across paid, owned, organic, partner, and event channels that yields qualified pipeline for an enterprise-led go-to-market motion aimed at fintech and financial institution buyers.

• Shape Goldsky’s public image. Manage the website, brand identity, design language, and editorial voice. Collaborate with the CEO and founders on talks, podcasts, op-eds, and participation in fintech, stablecoin, and enterprise data events.

• Collaborate with sales and customer success on positioning, content, case studies, account-based marketing, and field marketing for key fintech clients. Transform each production customer into a relatable story for other fintechs.

• Establish measurement and operational rhythms. Set marketing OKRs that align with revenue goals. Develop the analytics, attribution, and feedback mechanisms that make marketing understandable to the broader company.


⛳️ Requirements

• You have led marketing in a high-growth B2B infrastructure, fintech, or developer-tools company, ideally during a stage transition. You have taken ownership of both brand and pipeline, rather than just one aspect.

• You have a deep understanding of fintech buyers. You can communicate fluently in the language of payments, money movement, compliance, and reliability, and you know how product, engineering, risk, and procurement assess infrastructure vendors.

• You are a proficient writer and storyteller. You can distill a complex technical product into a narrative that resonates with a product leader at a payments company, an analyst, and a developer reading Hacker News, all within the same week.

• You are operationally disciplined. You design systems, dashboards, and processes that can scale independently. You prioritize the funnel, metrics, and the tangible impact of marketing efforts.

• You are an effective hiring manager. You can attract senior generalists and high-impact specialists. People are eager to join your team, and you maintain high standards at every level.

• You have a swift work pace. You prefer to deliver a refined V1 this month rather than a flawless plan next quarter.

• You are comfortable navigating stablecoins, on-chain finance, and the wider fintech infrastructure landscape, or you are ready to quickly gain proficiency.
