This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the overarching go-to-market strategy for the company.

• Establish brand positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.

• Create scalable demand generation initiatives that foster revenue growth.

• Align marketing initiatives with company objectives and long-term business ambitions.

• Take ownership of marketing pipeline generation and performance metrics.

• Formulate strategies across outbound marketing, content creation, paid media, partnerships, and events.

• Construct scalable lead generation systems that reliably yield qualified opportunities.

• Track marketing performance and enhance initiatives based on quantifiable business outcomes.

• Define the company's voice and market positioning.

• Supervise the development of high-quality content, case studies, sales enablement resources, and thought leadership materials.

• Ensure uniform messaging across all customer interaction points.

• Design and execute AI-powered workflows to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability.

• Manage and refine the marketing technology stack, including CRM and automation tools.

• Create reporting systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs and marketing performance.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing marketing team.

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales teams, and strategic partners.

• Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources based on business impact and ROI.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership positions.

• Demonstrated success in developing B2B demand generation programs that resulted in measurable pipeline and revenue.

• Experience in leading marketing strategy within SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or agency settings.

• Strong grasp of AI-driven marketing workflows and automation.

• Proficiency in managing marketing budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue-focused initiatives.

• Advanced experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.

• Strong analytical skills with a capacity for data-driven decision making.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

• Outstanding writing, messaging, and storytelling skills.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
