Head of Learning and Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• You will lead the development and launch of two AI systems:

• - **AI-Tutor** — a personal tutor for each employee, integrated into Slack / KissMychat.

• - **AI-Assistant** — a tool for the L&D team to generate content, manage the knowledge base, and perform analytics.

• Finalize the scope of work in collaboration with the AI integrator and the technical team.

• Describe user stories, prioritize the backlog, and ensure product quality.

• Measure effectiveness: completion rate, learning score, and adoption metrics.

• Build and structure the company’s knowledge base (processes, policies, competencies).

• Set up the content tagging process according to roles, grades, and competencies.

• Ensure the quality of AI-generated content through a review and publication process.

• Create and maintain learning paths for key roles in the company.

• Build or update the competency model linked to grades and roles.

• Integrate the learning score into the performance management cycle.

• Develop a Readiness Dashboard — a tool for assessing readiness for transition to a grade/role (V2).

• Provide level-based development tracks.

• Track usage analytics: activity, completion rate, and knowledge quality by modules.

• Identify anomalies: where knowledge is declining and which content is ineffective.

• Prepare data-driven recommendations for the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years in L&D at a managerial/lead level in tech or IT.

• Practical experience in implementing AI or digital tools in training.

• Proficient prompt engineer: daily use of AI for content generation and verification.

• Understanding of the knowledge base as the foundation of AI learning systems.

• Experience with competency models and learning paths.

• Ability to write specifications, manage projects, and communicate with the technical team.

• Data-oriented: completion rate, quiz scores, and adoption are your language.
