Head of Innovation – Fluent Ukrainian, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the current AI transformation strategy and ensure its swift execution;

• Identify gaps, dependencies, and bottlenecks, addressing them proactively;

• Continuously enhance the strategy based on market insights, client requirements, and practical experiences.

• Contribute to the development of AI-driven service offerings that extend beyond headcount-based models;

• Prototype, test, and expand solutions from proof-of-concept to client implementation;

• Define reusable AI components such as knowledge bases, copilots, QA automation, and intelligent routing.

• Be responsible for revenue targets related to innovation-driven offerings;

• Collaborate with Sales and Business Growth teams to present AI solutions during client discussions;

• Develop pricing and packaging strategies for hybrid AI and human service models.

• Create repeatable frameworks for assessing, piloting, and scaling new solutions;

• Establish workflows, governance structures, and reporting for the innovation function;

• Define and monitor success metrics like speed to pilot, adoption rates, cost efficiency, and revenue impact.

• Lead the integration of AI agents into internal workflows;

• Collaborate with internal teams to uncover automation opportunities that enhance efficiency and profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English proficiency;

• Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role (Head or Lead level experience);

• Strong commercial acumen with a thorough understanding of margins and revenue implications;

• Solid knowledge of AI, LLMs, and automation workflows;

• Experience in aligning cross-functional teams;

• Hands-on methodology: testing concepts through pilots and structured validation;

• Data-driven decision-making with an emphasis on measurable results;

• High level of ownership mentality and accountability;

• Strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities.

• **Preferred qualifications:**

• Experience in BPO, CX, or service-oriented companies;

• Experience in launching AI-driven products or automation solutions in a production environment;

• Familiarity with pricing models for SaaS or AI-enabled services.
