Head of GTM Engineering, AI Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• **AI Agent Architecture & Engineering**

• - Create and develop AI-driven GTM systems—from signal detection and enrichment to campaign orchestration and response management

• - Build scalable backend systems utilizing Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript

• - Design integrations across CRMs, APIs, data sources, and outreach platforms

• - Develop reusable agent frameworks, templates, and SDK-like components for swift deployment

• **Team Leadership & Engineering Culture**

• - Guide and expand a distributed team of engineers (including offshore talent)

• - Set best practices for version control, testing, documentation, and deployment

• - Mentor engineers focused on automation into AI-agent and software engineering positions

• - Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management

• **Platform Development & Innovation**

• - Propel the transition from no-code workflows to code-first AI systems

• - Assess emerging AI tools, LLM capabilities, and automation frameworks

• - Contribute to internal AI tools and reusable automation libraries

• - Quickly prototype and validate new automation possibilities

• **Systems Reliability & Performance**

• - Maintain system reliability through monitoring, logging, and error management

• - Enhance infrastructure for cost efficiency, performance, and scalability

• - Establish observability systems to proactively identify and resolve issues

⛳️ Requirements

• **Must-Have Experience**

• - Demonstrated experience in developing **GTM automation systems in production** (e.g., enrichment workflows, API integrations, CRM automation)

• - Strong comprehension of **data pipelines, webhooks, and multi-step automation processes**

• - Practical coding experience in **Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript**

• - Experience with **AI/LLM-powered systems** (prompt design, chaining, context management)

• - Profound knowledge of **outbound sales workflows and revenue operations**

• - Background in leading or mentoring engineers or technical teams

• **Preferred Qualifications**

• - Engineering experience at a production level with scalable systems

• - Experience in **agencies, consultancies, or multi-client environments**

• - Familiarity with **DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, cloud infrastructure)**

• - **Active involvement** in automation, AI, or GTM engineering communities
