📋 Description

• Oversee the Creator Community & Growth Manager, along with social media and content functions.

• Act as a player-coach in leading the team.

• Establish the operational rhythm for the growth team.

• Enhance the public visibility of Jobstream™ and the Career Creator Network™.

• Collaborate with the client delivery team.

• Manage and expand the Career Creator Network™.

• Take ownership of the creator lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term retention.

• Execute a social and video-first content strategy.

• Contribute to the product roadmap by sharing insights from the user/creator community or market signals.
