This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement Higgsfield's strategy for entering the entertainment market.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage with critical entertainment segments such as film, television, streaming, sports, gaming, music, creator economy, and digital media.
• Cultivate executive relationships with decision-makers across studios, broadcasters, production firms, agencies, talent organizations, and major creator enterprises.
• Formulate and execute strategic account plans for prominent entertainment clients.
• Negotiate and finalize complex commercial partnerships and enterprise agreements.
• Act as the primary owner of revenue initiatives related to entertainment throughout the organization.
• Coordinate efforts among Asia-based Growth, B2B, and Business Development teams alongside U.S.-based commercial teams.
• Establish operating rhythms, conduct pipeline reviews, and develop forecasting processes and success metrics.
• Ensure smooth transitions between growth, partnerships, sales, customer success, and product teams.
• Create scalable procedures for customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Leadership teams to guide roadmap priorities.
• Convert customer insights into actionable product specifications.
• Spot emerging market opportunities and competitive challenges.
• Assist in defining Higgsfield's position within the entertainment landscape.
• Represent Higgsfield at significant industry events, conferences, festivals, and executive forums.
• Build relationships with influential industry figures and decision-makers.
• Help establish Higgsfield as the premier AI video platform for entertainment organizations.
• Contribute to thought leadership, public speaking opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, business development, strategy, or go-to-market leadership.
• Extensive experience working directly within or selling to the entertainment sector.
• Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and forming strategic partnerships.
• Experience in selling creator technology, media technology, or content production solutions, as well as identifying tailored go-to-market strategies at the intersection of technology and entertainment.
• Strong understanding of entertainment business models and content production processes.
• Background at a leading entertainment company, media organization, talent agency, creator platform, consulting firm, private equity firm, venture-backed technology company, or AI company.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects across various teams or regions.
• Established network within studios, streaming services, production companies, agencies, and creator enterprises.
• Willingness to travel as required.
