• Envision, spearhead, and drive the premier marketplace in the sector while developing a product that customers adore.

• Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Product Management to define, prioritize, and bring our product roadmap to fruition.

• Convert the product roadmap into a highly scalable and cost-effective architecture utilizing modern technologies.

• Engage in coding and roll up your sleeves!

• Foster a product and customer-centric culture within the organization.

• Lead and empower a talented engineering team of backend and frontend developers to execute the product roadmap by setting objectives, coaching, empowering, hiring, and retaining talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in modern technologies, with a minimum of 3 years in managing distributed engineering teams, ideally in a fast-growing company.

• Expertise in GO, JS/Next.js operating on GCP.

• Background in eCommerce, marketplaces, or B2C platform products.

• Strong leadership skills with the capability to attract, motivate, and recruit a top-tier product team.

• Exceptional communication abilities in English.
