This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and spearhead a top-tier Product Management function, encompassing operating model, governance, and talent acquisition.
• Define and refine product strategy in alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
• Promote the adoption of contemporary product management practices, including roadmapping, backlog management, and customer-centric design methodologies.
• Create prioritization frameworks to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with both business and operational demands.
• Collaborate with business and technology leadership to synchronize product development with business value and long-term platform strategies.
• Foster alignment across product, engineering, and operations to facilitate coordinated and scalable delivery.
• Oversee the Launch & Enablement team to support the efficient rollout and adoption of solutions.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team concerning product direction and transformation priorities.
• Over 12 years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or relevant leadership positions.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing product management functions and operating models.
• Proven track record in defining product strategy and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
• Experience in leading enterprise-wide digital transformation or modernization projects.
• Strong background in prioritization, roadmap development, and executing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience collaborating across business, technology, and operations in a multi-stakeholder setting.
• Familiarity with healthcare insurance programs (e.g., Medicaid), business administration, and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, claims, payroll, tax, customer-facing systems) is preferred.
• Experience in regulated and/or multi-region environments is favored.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and foster alignment across teams.
