This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Develop and spearhead a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at maximizing user acquisition through SEO, Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, Marketplaces, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Influencer Marketing, with a strong focus on growth in Asian markets.
• Establish clear, measurable objectives and KPIs for each channel, managing performance against P&L targets to enhance top-line revenue.
• Oversee SEO initiatives to boost organic visibility, encompassing technical SEO, content strategy, and optimization efforts.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, social media, and additional platforms to achieve optimal customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Develop and manage an affiliate program to drive referrals and broaden market reach, maximizing partnership ROI.
• Drive acquisition through marketplace platforms, focusing on the Asian market, ensuring product listings and promotions are optimized for conversion.
• Create and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, re-engage customers, and enhance retention rates.
• Utilize inbound marketing strategies to attract qualified leads through content production, SEO-driven blogs, and educational materials.
• Establish and nurture relationships with influencers to amplify brand visibility and reach new audiences.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of digital marketing specialists across all channels, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Regularly assess channel performance, analyzing metrics to identify improvement opportunities and making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overarching business goals.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and that all campaigns contribute to profitability objectives.
• Proven experience driving Marketing P&Ls across digital marketing channels to at least $50M USD in ARR.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing with a solid record in leadership roles across multiple channels, especially within high-growth companies.
• Strong Direct to Consumer proficiency in SEO, Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, Marketplaces, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Influencer Marketing, with experience in the Travel Tech sector considered an advantage.
• Proven success in managing P&L and meeting revenue targets.
• Demonstrated capability to build and lead high-performance marketing teams.
• Proficiency in analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
