Head of Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and shape the comprehensive design and branding vision for a rapidly growing tech organization.

• Establish and advance the brand's visual identity across digital, marketing, and product channels.

• Spearhead the development and deployment of design systems to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Collaborate with teams in product, marketing, and engineering to create user-focused experiences.

• Oversee both internal and freelance designers, as well as external agencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Head of Design or Lead Designer with a robust history of creativity and execution at a senior level.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience, whether in an agency or in-house setting.

• Proficient in branding, events, social media, advertising, viral content, video, and motion graphics.

• Passionate about developing design systems that are scalable and cohesive.

• Skilled in using a range of design, web, animation, and video tools, including AI design tools like Midjourney and Veo3.

• Adept at leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external partners.

• Talented in converting complex concepts into visually engaging stories.

• Excels in tech, Web3, or high-growth startup environments.
