This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Supervise the worldwide execution of customer projects and managed services.
• Ensure effective operational performance throughout onboarding, delivery, and support.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional execution.
• Collaborate closely with Product & R&D to synchronize delivery capabilities with the roadmap.
• Spearhead operational transformation and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Handle escalations and guarantee timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Over 10 years of experience in delivery, operations, or leadership roles within services.
• Demonstrated experience in leading global delivery and operational teams.
• Solid background in telecom, SaaS, or managed services sectors.
• Proven history of delivering intricate, multi-customer solutions at scale.
• Experience in managing P&L or operational budgets.
• Several years of experience in the Roaming industry, including knowledge of GSMA & TADIG / BCE.
• Understanding of the Roaming wholesale workflow from CDR to settlement.
