This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage the implementation processes and customer success initiatives within legal settings.
• Actively engage with high-profile customer accounts to ensure value realization.
• Create training resources and change management playbooks.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators for customer success outcomes.
• Define team standards and enhance the Customer Success Management (CSM) talent pool for growth.
• Establish and facilitate a Customer Advisory Board to gain strategic insights.
• Develop the groundwork for a consistent post-sale system and methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in post-sale customer success, managing Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and expansion Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Background in designing and executing AI-driven post-sale strategies.
• Proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with top-tier customers.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise SaaS playbooks and their development in post-sale positions.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Meaningful equity.
