This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Take charge of the strategic planning and execution of campaign activities across all brands, converting business objectives into practical CRM strategies.
• Serve as a strategic liaison between the Retention, Product, BI, and Brand teams, highlighting CRM as a pivotal growth catalyst in cross-departmental projects.
• Develop performance frameworks and reporting dashboards, leading quarterly reviews to pinpoint success patterns and opportunities for innovation.
• Guide and mentor two Strategy Managers and their teams (Reactive CRM, Automation, Monetisation), offering coaching, performance oversight, and career development support.
• Enhance team competencies across specialized areas, ensuring knowledge sharing and effective succession planning.
• Promote a culture of innovation and drive measurable outcomes through strong team leadership and collaboration.
• Manage the entire campaign lifecycle from conception to reporting, keeping organized calendars that balance reactive performance with proactive brand development.
• Collaborate with Operations to guarantee seamless campaign execution in Bloomreach and Retool, fostering continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
• Remain actively involved in complex campaign optimization while empowering teams for daily execution.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in strategic leadership within CRM/lifecycle marketing, preferably in the gaming, free-to-play, or app-based entertainment sectors.
• Proven track record in managing and nurturing high-performing teams (8+ members), with experience in leading multiple specialized workstreams concurrently.
• Background in building and scaling CRM functions in multi-brand or high-growth settings.
• Extensive expertise with CRM platforms (Bloomreach highly preferred) and practical experience in campaign execution and optimization.
• Skilled in data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Looker/Tableau/Power BI preferred) with the ability to create performance frameworks.
• Strong comprehension of player lifecycle management, segmentation strategies, and monetization mechanics within gaming contexts.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities with a proven capacity to influence senior leadership and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• A data-driven approach with a passion for experimentation, learning, and ongoing improvement in dynamic environments.
