This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of creative quality throughout the entire process.
• Establish and uphold the creative standards for all outputs, from storyboard development to the final advertisement.
• Evaluate and provide specific, actionable feedback on Creative Strategy Presentations (CSPs), storyboards, raw footage, and final ads prior to client delivery.
• Create and manage checklists, brand guidelines, and review frameworks to ensure quality consistency.
• Develop a library of ad examples and a resource outlining "what makes a great UGC ad."
• Convert creative briefs into production-ready directives.
• Facilitate pre-production alignment meetings between Creative Strategists and Producers.
• Identify gaps in handoff processes and establish solutions to address them.
• Drive insights on platforms and trends.
• Keep a genuine and up-to-date awareness of social media platforms.
• Provide trend intelligence to the Creative Strategy team.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, scripting, and research processes.
• Foster important creative relationships with key clients.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions that require a senior creative perspective.
• Oversee the approval process for the company's own social content and website portfolio.
• 4–8 years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or content production, ideally within a social-first agency, DTC brand, or UGC studio.
• Proven expertise in both creative strategy and production.
• Strong, current engagement with TikTok and Meta.
• Capability to differentiate between good advertisements and outstanding ones.
• Proficient in developing processes as well as reviewing scripts.
• High emotional intelligence and strong collaborative instincts.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English and confident in presenting creative rationales to clients.
