Head of Creative – Social Ad Creatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop campaign concepts, testing strategies, and messaging approaches for clients.

• Analyze creative performance: interpret data, extract insights, and establish best practices.

• Generate creative reports and strategic presentations for clients.

• Mentor and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, motion designers, video editors, and copywriters.

• Ensure the quality of all ad creatives — both in visual appeal and performance metrics.

• Communicate creatively with clients: oversee briefings, coordination, and provide recommendations.

• Stay updated on current trends and platform changes, sharing insights with the team.

• Accountable for meeting deadlines, maintaining output quality, and ensuring efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in creative strategy, art direction, or leading creative roles in performance marketing or agency settings.

• Demonstrated experience in developing ad creative concepts for Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms (REQUIRED – please include in your portfolio).

• Proficient in analyzing creative performance metrics, such as CTR, hook rate, ROAS, etc.

• Leadership experience: you have managed or built a creative team.

• Strong grasp of performance marketing, funnel logic, and testing methodologies.

• Capable of presenting creative concepts clearly and persuasively to clients.

• Bonus: experience with DatAds, Motion, Foreplay, or other similar creative analytics tools.

• Language proficiency: German at least C1, English at least B2.
