This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take charge of the creative strategy across all aspects of Findies products.
• Establish scalable and well-documented creative production workflows.
• Actively lead creative ideation on priority initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture junior and mid-level Creative Producers.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team.
• Perform competitor and trend analysis.
• Oversee and enhance Findies’ internal AI-driven creative pipeline.
• Set and uphold clear quality and performance benchmarks for all creative outputs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Creative Marketing Lead, Head of Creative, or Creative Strategist within subscription-based or high-velocity B2C applications.
• Direct responsibility for advertising performance metrics.
• Demonstrated success in scaling creatives to achieve a ≥5% win rate on Meta platforms.
• Experience in hiring, managing, and mentoring creative teams of at least 2 individuals.
• Hands-on expertise in paid social creative.
• Practical experience with AI creative tools and established workflows.
• A data-driven mindset.
• Capability to set a vision, develop processes, elevate standards, and mentor talent.
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
• Paid marketing initiatives.
• Ownership of the creative strategy and its execution.
• Opportunities for developing and mentoring creative teams.
• Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
