This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Take charge of the creative strategy across all aspects of Findies' products β including triggers, hooks, formats, narratives, and visual language β while steering the creative roadmap.
β’ Develop scalable and documented creative production workflows from initial brief to launch (ideation β production β QA β testing β iteration).
β’ Actively lead creative ideation on key focus areas.
β’ Recruit, onboard, and nurture junior to mid-level Creative Producers and Motion Designers.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to convert paid performance insights into actionable creative hypotheses.
β’ Perform competitor and trend analysis; summarize findings into prioritized creative opportunities.
β’ Oversee and enhance Findies' internal AI-driven creative pipeline to reduce the time from concept to execution.
β’ Establish and uphold clear quality and performance benchmarks for all creative outputs produced by Findies.
β’ A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Creative Marketing Lead, Head of Creative, or Creative Strategist in subscription-based or high-velocity B2C applications.
β’ Direct responsibility for advertising performance metrics.
β’ Demonstrated success in developing creatives that achieve a Meta win rate of 5% or higher.
β’ Proven experience in hiring, managing, and mentoring creative teams of at least 2 individuals.
β’ Proficient in paid social creative, including hooks, pacing, user-generated content (UGC), vertical video, and AI-generated formats.
β’ Practical experience with AI creative tools such as Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, and CapCut AI.
β’ A data-driven mindset β you advocate for decisions based on metrics rather than personal preferences.
β’ Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or above.
