This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Create and implement innovative campaign concepts across various channels, including events, content, social media, partnerships, and untested formats.
• Organize and manage events of varying scales—ranging from intimate executive roundtables and community meetups to virtual summits—focusing on both participant experience and pipeline impact.
• Oversee campaigns from inception to launch: briefing, producing, coordinating, distributing, and reporting on results.
• Identify and pursue overlooked distribution opportunities, such as communities, partnerships, media, influencers, and co-marketing efforts.
• Work closely with the founding team to transform product announcements and market trends into engaging campaign themes.
• Develop scalable playbooks based on successful campaigns to ensure consistency in future efforts.
• Demonstrated success in producing campaigns or events that generated significant excitement.
• Strong creative instincts complemented by the operational skills necessary to execute projects effectively.
• Ability to work quickly and adapt: no existing playbook? No problem.
• Proficient in writing—briefs, copy, recaps—and collaborating with designers to actualize creative visions.
• Experience in B2B SaaS is not required; we prioritize your creative history over your industry experience.
