Head of Corporate FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and guide TRM’s long-term, annual, and quarterly planning initiatives alongside executive leadership.

• Build and expand a high-achieving Strategic Finance team.

• Serve as a reliable thought partner to senior executives.

• Create and sustain financial models for corporate strategy, scenario analysis, and significant investments.

• Establish and enhance processes and systems for forecasting, performance reporting, and budget management.

• Define, monitor, and evaluate key business metrics.

• Provide insights that shape strategic choices and enhance financial results.

• Support activities related to M&A, capital markets, and investor relations.

• Report directly to the VP of Finance.

• Collaborate with executives in Product, Sales, and G&A.

• Maintain close engagement with the Board and investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture capital, or strategic finance within a high-growth tech company.

• Minimum of 2+ years in leadership positions.

• Proven track record in hiring, managing, and developing high-performing teams.

• Strong desire to build and lead a top-tier finance function in a high-growth technology organization.

• Preferred degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

• MBA is a plus.

• Advanced financial modeling expertise.

• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in influencing executive teams and investors through data-driven insights.

• Capacity to excel in fast-paced, high-growth settings.

• Startup experience is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in applied AI, including using AI to enhance workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase efficiency and leverage.
