Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team while serving as an active working manager.

• Create top-tier analytical outputs.

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

• Collaborate with leaders in business operations, clinical, marketing, and sales.

• Propel performance enhancements, steer expense management, and refine capital planning.

• Set and maintain key business metrics.

• Conduct thorough operating reviews for senior management.

• Discover opportunities for revenue enhancement, operational efficiency, and labor productivity.

• Utilize expertise in revenue cycle management (RCM), billing, coding, accounts receivable management, and healthcare reimbursement across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer categories.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

• Over 5 years of FP&A experience specifically within healthcare operations.

• Minimum of 2 years in a management or team leadership role.

• Proven expertise in financial modeling, data management, and utilizing business intelligence platforms.

• Extensive understanding of business cell operations, cross-unit strategic alignment, and the relationship between clinical workflows, marketing, and financial performance.

• Excellent analytical, financial, and executive communication abilities.
