• Content Engine and Calendar: Take charge of the content calendar, manage the publishing schedule, and develop the content strategy across all channels, creating content that covers the entire lifecycle from prospect to lead, customer, and retention.

• Collaborating with PMM, Solutions/Enablement, and CX Knowledge, this individual transforms launches, partnerships, and brand moments—including events and demand generation needs—into a consistent, proactive content flow rather than sporadic efforts.

• This role involves establishing repeatable, low-friction content models and automating the routine tasks using AI.

• Social and Brand Voice: Enhance Builder Prime's social presence, making it more vibrant, entertaining, and specifically tailored for contractors.

• Lead with short-form video and reels on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, adopting a bold yet tasteful voice.

• This position sets the tone and consistently engages with our audience wherever they are.

• Lifecycle and Email Strategy: Review our sales and marketing email sequences comprehensively, then take ownership of the strategy and content for both new and revised sequences in collaboration with marketing operations.

• Align the appropriate message with the right stage across the prospect, lead, customer, and retention phases. Strategy and copywriting reside here, while the technical execution is managed by marketing operations.

• Sales and CX Content: Work in coordination with the Solutions and Engagement Director and the Senior CX Knowledge & Content Lead to ensure that sales enablement and customer experience content align with the overarching company content strategy. Ensure that prospects, new customers, and existing customers receive the appropriate materials at the right time, from pitch support through onboarding, adoption, and expansion. This role guarantees that Sales, CX, and Marketing are all generating content that is cohesive in vision, tone, brand, and narrative.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in content marketing, ideally within a high-growth organization.

• Strong business acumen, highly analytical and data-driven, with a track record of achieving ROI on partnership initiatives (goal and KPI-oriented mindset).

• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail, capable of prioritizing a dynamic workload and effectively managing multiple deadlines in a busy environment.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving setting—moving quickly, thinking strategically, identifying opportunities, and excelling at tactical execution.

• Proficient in using Google Suite, Slack, and CRM software.

• A self-starter who can manage multiple projects with numerous stakeholders simultaneously, taking ownership, paying attention to details, and following through on projects with minimal support.

• Familiarity with marketing funnel and pipeline performance metrics.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally for company events, trade shows, and team offsites.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as a regular part of daily tasks—not just for occasional use, but as an integral element of your workflow.

• Capable of exercising good judgment regarding when AI output needs to be reviewed, refined, or disregarded. You recognize that while AI can enhance productivity, the responsibility for outcomes lies with humans.
