This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Transform the VP of Brand’s strategy for brand awareness into a detailed organic content roadmap across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, editorial, and community.
• Define and enhance the content pillar framework: Ingredient Authority, Customer Transformation, Health Education, Behind the Brand, and Trend Response.
• Link organic content activities to business results, such as reducing CAC, increasing branded search, driving direct traffic, and enhancing earned media value.
• Oversee organic content initiatives for new product launches and brand campaigns.
• Manage the organic content efforts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, aiming for 20-25 platform-specific pieces each week at scale.
• Supervise the Social Media Manager and Content Creator in generating platform-native video, static, and carousel content.
• Guarantee content quality to achieve algorithmic reach based on value, hook strength, and watch-through rates, rather than budget.
• Establish a trend response capability that allows the team to swiftly engage with cultural moments while maintaining brand voice.
• Develop an editorial content strategy that positions Stonehenge Health as a recognized authority in health and wellness.
• Manage the blog editorial calendar comprehensively, including selecting topics, developing briefs, assigning writers, overseeing edits, and maintaining publishing schedules.
• Create ingredient storytelling and clinical narrative content that supports the brand’s clinically backed positioning.
• Foster customer community and direct audience engagement programs that transform satisfied customers into brand advocates.
• Initiate live, AMA, and Q&A programs that enhance direct audience relationships and highlight customer insights.
• Design a UGC collection, rights management, and amplification strategy in collaboration with the Influencer Manager.
• Supervise the Brand Outreach Producer in executing the iHUT (in-home user testing) and customer testimonial programs that yield authentic on-camera testimonials, video assets, and product feedback for marketing and product development.
• Establish an in-house content studio capability and production workflows that support the high volume and fast-paced content cadence required by organic platforms.
• Decrease dependence on external production partners by enhancing internal capacity for filming, editing, and post-production.
• Maintain the brand asset library, b-roll library, and content archive for reuse and repurposing.
• Collaborate with Product Development on iHUT recruitment guidelines, study protocols, and FTC compliance for testimonial gathering.
• Manage a content team of three: Brand Outreach Producer, Social Media Manager, and Content Creator, with plans to expand to four to six members by the end of 2026.
• Cultivate a team culture centered on quality, creativity, platform-native thinking, and high-output iteration.
• Establish content review and feedback processes that uphold quality while supporting speed and a high publishing cadence.
• Collaborate with the Influencer Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Copy Director, Creative Director, Director of Product Marketing, and Consumer Insights Lead on cross-functional efforts that enhance organic content performance.
• Partner with the SEO and GEO Content Strategist on keyword research, search optimization, and Generative Engine Optimization inputs to inform editorial decisions.
• 7-10+ years of experience in developing organic content programs for DTC consumer brands in health, wellness, beauty, or consumables.
• Practical experience with a portfolio of platform-native content that has generated organic reach and built an audience without paid promotion.
• Demonstrated ability to scale a content team and produce high-volume, platform-native output across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Experience in editorial leadership, including ownership of blog calendars, long-form content strategy, and content production workflows.
• Experience in community building across social platforms, with familiarity with emerging platforms (Reddit, Discord, Substack) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FTC compliance regarding supplement, health, or wellness content.
• Experience working collaboratively with creative, copy, and influencer teams in a high-velocity content environment.
• Remote-first mindset with the ability to lead distributed teams effectively; proximity to Los Angeles, CA, preferred.
• Hands-on content creator capable of producing content as well as enhancing the work of others.
• Platform-native; understands algorithm dynamics, format conventions, and audience behavior across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Quality-driven; recognizes that authentic content development requires patience and a long-term investment approach.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who can work effectively with brand, creative, copy, influencer, and SEO teams.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a streamlined leadership structure.
