This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take full ownership of the social content engine from start to finish, establishing the voice, formats, channel mix, and rhythm for a US B2C audience.
• Identify, engage, and manage creator and influencer partnerships, transforming the community into a powerful distribution network.
• Direct content creation for each product launch, developing narratives, assets, and support materials.
• Oversee all written content associated with the product, including onboarding, in-app messaging, feature pages, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the growth team on paid creative initiatives, including hooks, strategies, scripts, and content for performance marketing.
• Work alongside the design team to deliver visually outstanding content.
• Analyze and refine content performance, linking it to tangible results such as reach, signups, and activation.
• Enhance and elevate the founders' personal brands through thought leadership and a strong social presence.
• Extensive knowledge of the US B2C social and creator landscape, with an understanding of effective online performance.
• Experience building a content/brand function from the ground up (0→1) and scaling it (1→10), preferably in a B2C, PLG, or prosumer context.
• Strong individual contributor with a hands-on approach to writing, creating, and delivering content.
• Proven experience in social strategy, creator/influencer partnerships, product launches, and product copywriting.
• An AI-first approach, utilizing AI tools as a standard collaborative resource.
• Bonus: Experience in activating founder/executive brands.
• Bonus: Background in an AI-native or rapidly growing startup environment.
• Lead the branding efforts for one of the fastest-growing AI-native products with significant autonomy.
• Collaborate directly with the founders on the company’s narrative.
