Content Quality Reviewer – UPSC, State PSC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Review designated videos (2–5 minutes each) and complete a structured evaluation scorecard.

• Verify key graphics and statements against standard references (NCERTs, PIB, official reports, the Constitution, etc.).

• Identify and flag outdated information, including renamed schemes, revised data, and passed amendments.

• Assess comprehension quality: Is the explanation clear for a novice learner? Is the pacing appropriate? Are terms clarified prior to usage?

• Document specific timestamps where issues are identified and report them accordingly.

• Submit each scorecard within 24 hours of receiving the assignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently preparing for the UPSC CSE or any State PSC examination OR have done so within the past 3 years.

• Preferred: Have successfully cleared the UPSC/State PSC Preliminary examination.

• Strong foundational knowledge in General Studies: History, Polity, Geography, Economy, and Environment.

• Ability to distinguish between a factual error and a framing choice.

• Comfortable providing structured, specific feedback (rather than vague comments like 'this was confusing').

• Must have access to a smartphone or laptop and a reliable internet connection.

• Expertise in both Hindi and English is required. Knowledge of any South Indian language is considered a plus.
