Content Operations Coordinator – Orthopedics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Edits content for grammatical accuracy, clarity, consistency, and formatting across both digital and print materials.

• Ensures that references and citations are included and correctly linked to approved sources when necessary.

• Manages version control and file governance, which includes naming conventions, folder organization, and release notes.

• Packages and uploads content for the review and approval processes.

• Keeps detailed audit trails of modifications and approvals.

• Provides traffic support through coordination of intake, status monitoring, review routing, and deadline management within project management platforms.

• Identifies ways to enhance speed to market by improving workflow discipline and content operations practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in writing, editing, and refining digital marketing or print content for clarity, grammar, tone, citation accuracy, and brand consistency, with the capability to translate business strategy into compelling, compliant marketing content within a medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated sectors.

• Strong skills in editing, organization, and file governance.

• Experience in managing content review cycles, version control, asset organization, documentation, and tracking cross-functional deliverables in a deadline-oriented environment.

• Proven experience in transforming technical or scientific content into clear, compliant, marketing-focused copy that is accurate, suitable for the audience, and aligned with brand messaging.
