Head of Content and Project Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of content projects, transforming infrastructure outputs into actionable plans with defined milestones, resource distribution, and financial accountability.

• Lead and nurture a high-performing Content Operations team, establishing clear expectations, coaching on execution diligence, and fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.

• Act as the operational connector among delivery teams, Content Engineering, Product, and Pedagogy, ensuring that handoffs are well-defined and system limitations are identified early on.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of suppliers and contractors, encompassing negotiations, contract management, invoicing, and performance oversight.

• Promote structured feedback mechanisms between delivery and infrastructure, ensuring that customer and stakeholder insights result in tangible enhancements to processes, tools, and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in leading operational teams through complex, multi-stakeholder content or production delivery, consistently achieving on-time and on-budget results.

• Strong financial expertise, including budget planning, quarterly re-forecasting, tracking actuals, and conducting cost-efficiency analyses across extensive delivery programs.

• Proven ability to design and implement clear handoffs, RACIs, escalation paths, and cross-functional workflows in fast-paced environments.

• Experience in managing suppliers and contractors comprehensively, including negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and quality assurance.

• A strong enthusiasm for AI and a willingness to explore innovative tools to boost creativity, decision-making, and execution.
