đź“‹ Description

• Lead the Commercial Auto Insurance Strategy: Develop and implement Tint's insurance strategy within the commercial auto sector, pinpointing market opportunities and creating scalable insurance solutions for fleet-based, transportation, and mobility enterprises.

• Design and Launch Insurance Programs: Oversee the creation and rollout of commercial auto insurance programs across key market segments, which includes:

• Program structure and architecture

• Underwriting guidelines and eligibility criteria

• Pricing and risk segmentation strategies

• Policy forms, filings, and regulatory compliance

• Build Carrier and Capacity Partnerships: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with insurance carriers, MGAs, reinsurers, and brokers to ensure sustainable capacity and competitive program structures.

• Expand Tint's Presence in the Commercial Auto Ecosystem: Foster relationships with leading transportation firms, fleet operators, gig platforms, and marketplaces to enhance Tint's customer base and discover new embedded insurance opportunities.

• Monitor Program Performance: Assess program performance through underwriting outcomes, claims trends, and operational metrics, identifying areas for enhancing profitability, risk management, and customer value.

• Serve as Industry Subject Matter Expert: Function as Tint's internal and external authority on the commercial auto market, tracking regulatory changes, emerging risks, and evolving insurance models across fleet, mobility, and transportation sectors.

• Represent Tint in the Market: Interact with carriers, brokers, transportation companies, and industry groups to establish Tint as a leader in innovative commercial auto insurance solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in commercial auto insurance, with significant exposure to fleet, transportation, mobility, or specialty vehicle markets.

• Proven track record in designing or launching insurance programs, including underwriting frameworks, filings, and carrier partnerships.

• Strong comprehension of commercial auto risk characteristics across various fleet and transportation operations.

• Experience collaborating with insurance carriers, MGAs, brokers, and reinsurers to structure insurance programs.

• Ability to work collaboratively with product, engineering, operations, and sales teams.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to convert market opportunities into scalable insurance solutions.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders across carriers, partners, and internal teams.

• Experience thriving in fast-paced settings, including startups, MGAs, or program administrators.
